When you use any wearing option different then the "vanilla" one in Spongie's mod, the clothing becomes unrepairable. The condition will only drop if you take hits or run through trees/bushes, or for your shoes if you stomp a lot on zeds or walk a TON. Actually not true for shoes. Walking over broken glass can cause holes in footwear. With a high enough tailoring skill you can fully repair holes in most clothing.Simply disable half the mods, if it fixes it, you know that the mod is in the disabled bunch, if it doesn't fix it, you know the mod that breaks it is still in the enabled bunch.
